METHOD FOR TAKING OUT RAW TEA LEAVES FROM RAW TEA LEAF CARRYING CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out raw tea leaves with a simple structure without using a special device by moving to and fro a raw tea leaf carrying container on a deck and by projecting a part of the raw tea leaf carrying container from the end of the deck and tilting it. ;SOLUTION: Raw tea leaves 4 are charged in a raw tea leaf carrying container 1 by a blower 6 and are carried from a tea garden to a tea factory. When the raw tea leaves 4 are taken out in a receiving part, the rear plate 8 of a raw tea leaf carrying vehicle is tilted and the raw tea leaf carrying container 1 is projected and a stopper 9 is mounted such that, when almost one-half the raw tea leaf carrying container 1 is projected, it is stopped. When a roller 7 hits the stopper 9 and stops, the raw tea leaf carrying container 1 is tilted and the raw tea leaves 4 are taken out. A chain 10 or the like are mounted to prevent the raw tea leaf carrying container 1 from being tilted excessively. After the raw tea leaves 4 are taken out, the raw tea leaf carrying container 1 is returned to the original position and a raw tea leaf carrying vehicle is moved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
