PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel continuous extrusion molded product manufacturing apparatus operating a plurality of shape variable plates simultaneously and cooperatively by an extremely simple mechanism when the cross-sectional shape of an extrusion molded product is changed by the advance and retreat of the shape variable plates, advantageous economically from an aspect of equipment and capable of easily performing the mutual adjustment thereof. SOLUTION: In this continuous extrusion molded product manufacturing apparatus, respective slide grooves 33, 34 for shape variable plates 41, 42 are formed so that the mold parts 43, 44 of the shape variable plates 41, 42 advance and retreat with respect to the resin material outlet 31 of an extrusion apparatus 30 so as to draw a predetermined change locus and follower groove parts 45, 46 are formed to the main body parts of the shape variable plates 41, 42 and the main moving member 50 connected to a drive member is arranged in the vicinity of the resin material outlet 31 of the extrusion apparatus 30 in a freely advancing and retreating state and the respective operation shafts 51, 52 sliding along the follower groove parts 45, 46 of the shape variable plates 41, 42 are integrally provided to the main moving member 50 at a predetermined angle with respect to the slide grooves 33, 34.
