PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cut slope and an excavation slope at specified stable gradients, and to obtain a stable composite ground by manufacturing bulkheads at regular intervals by using vertical or oblique vertical tabular grouting solidified bodies, blocking sections among the bulkheads and improving and reinforcing each block. ;SOLUTION: Vertical or oblique vertical tabular grouting solidified bodies at intervals of 2-4m are formed in the orthogonal direction to the extending direction of a cut and excavation by using a method of soil improvement construction by grouting in consideration of environmental conditions, the utilization of water, meteorological conditions, etc., required for a cross section to be executed, and a bulkhead is manufactured at intervals of 2-4m. Sections among the bulkheads are blocked, each block is improved and reinforced and stability is enhanced as a composite ground, and the gradients of a cut slope and an excavation slope are set as stable gradients of 1:0.5-1:1.0 or less and the method of the construction is executed. Accordingly, the cut slope and the excavation slope are improved to an overconsolidation ground capable of resisting even the vibrations of heavy machinery and vibrations at the time of an earthquake.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
