PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the separation and removal of a different component from a fluid to be treated with the help of each of filtering means and thereby improve the treating efficiency of the fluid by providing a current control means for controlling individually a current to be applied separately to each of electromagnetic coils on a first and a second magnetic separation units. SOLUTION: The magnetic separation unit A of this magnetic separation treatment system is equipped with a filter 4A installed in a flow path 1A for a water to be treated, an electromagnetic coil 2A for generating a magnetic field with an exciting current to be supplied, installed on the periphery of the flow path 1A in which the filter 4A is arranged, and a unit power supply 3A for applying the exciting current to the electromagnetic coil 2A. This magnetic separation unit A has a magnetic separation unit B of the same construction as the former connected in series.
