PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demonstrate the excellent durability without causing nozzle clogging in the use of the multiple continuous casting by arranging the porous material which is gas-permeable and difficult to adhere of the non-metallic inclusion on a surface of a hole part in a nozzle. ;SOLUTION: A porous body 3 is arranged on an inner surface of a nozzle body 1, and a vent slit 3 and an inert gas inlet 4 are arranged. The porous material which is difficult to adhere of the non-metallic inclusion to be arranged in the nozzle contains CaO or BaO. The material containing CaO includes calcia, magcalcia, silica, and calcia-based material, and the material containing BaO includes Barium oxide and zirconia-based material. One or ≥2 kinds of these materials are used. Adhesion of the non-metallic inclusion can be suppressed by the floating of the nonmetallic inclusion by blowing the inert gas, and by the material to generate the low melting point compound with alumina.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
