PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite type damping metal panel excellent in damping capacity within a wide temp. range from a low temp. state to a high temp. state and having excellent processability at the normal temp. ;SOLUTION: A composite type damping metal panel is obtained by holding an intermediate resin layer between two metal panels and the intermediate resin layer is composed of a reaction substance of polyester and a polyhydric isocyanate compd. and polyester used at this time is composed of a mixture of three or more kinds of resins different in glass transition temp. and having no compatibility with each other. As polyesters to be mixed, it is pref. to use polyester (A) with a glass transition temp. of -40-0°C, polyester (B) with a glass transition temp. of 0-20°C and polyester (C) with a glass transition temp. of 20-100°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
