PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sound and vibration-proofing characteristics by interposing a cushioning net covered with soft expanded synthetic resin between a floor base and a floor material to form a reticulated cushioning space which is closely divided. ;SOLUTION: A cushioning net 3 covered with expanded acrylic resin 31, in which meshes N, each of which is 25-225 mm², are provided and a lump- shaped protrusion 31a is formed at each point of intersection of the net, is laid on a floor base 1 comprising a concrete slab on the same level. A tile carpet 2 made of a non-woven fabric composed of loop pile cloth, fleece layer, bitumen layer, and glass fiber is laid on the net 3 to form a shock absorbing space under a floor material 2. Thus unpleasant propagation of impact can be eliminated and a walking of pleasant feeling and touch can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
