FED WATER PREHEATING DEVICE FOR WASTE HEAT RECOVERING BOILER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fed water preheating device in which no legal restriction is applied and its working period is quite short. ;SOLUTION: A first temperature sensor 25 and a first cooling gas inlet 26 are fixed to a first hot air duct 24 and then a steam flow meter 14 is fixed to a steam transporting pipe 13. A water feeding pipe 4 is formed with a recess and a main valve 41 is fixed to the recess. A second temperature sensor 55, a second cooling gas inlet port 56 and a preheating tube 44 are fixed to a second hot air duct 53 and both ends of the preheating tube 44 are fixed to a front side and a rear side of the main valve 41 through fed-water preheating pipes 42, 43. With such an arrangement as above, since no modification is applied to a boiler, this device is not influenced by any legal restriction. Then, fixing work for the second cooling gas inlet port and the preheating tube is carried out in a second waste heat system not related to the boiler, so that a restriction of a working period is not applied. In addition, the first cooling gas inlet port is merely fixed to the first waste heat system only through a modification work, so that its modification work is quite simple and its working period is short.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
