SPOOL POSITION CONTROL METHOD FOR SPOOL VALVE ND MANUFACTURE OF SPOOL VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the positioning accuracy of a spool by correcting the influence of the resistance force of returning direction such as fluid on the spool in a spool valve. ;SOLUTION: A main spool 2 is fitted in a body 1 so that it can axially slide. Position feedback mechanisms 31, 32 through which correction force for eliminating errors in response to the position errors generated by the resistance fore of returning direction such as fluid force acting on the main spool 2, acts on the main spool 2, are provided at both end parts of the main spool 2. The position feedback mechanisms 31, 32 have sub-spools 35, 36, which are axially solidly fitted in the end parts on the pilot pressure introducing side of the main spool 2. The main spool 2 is provided with correcting pressure receiving parts 41, 42 for receiving the correcting pressure corresponding to the position error in relation to the axial position of the sub-spools 35, 36.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
