INTER-DEPARTMENT INCONSISTENCY ADJUSTMENT AGENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a problem solving processing by distributing loads inside a network and solving a problem relating to inconsistency between departments generated inside an enterprise where the plural departments perform work in cooperation. ;SOLUTION: Respective agents 108-110, 112 and 113 are composed of a processing module 101, a communication module 102 and a knowledge module 103. A monitoring agent 109 detects the problem, informs a system management agent 112 of it, considers the loads inside the network and generates a control agent 108. The control agent 108 considers the loads of respective terminal equipments and the network, selects one of the terminal equipments so as to minimize the bottleneck of the loads inside the network, selects an action to be activated for the selected terminal equipment, controls the execution order of the plural actions to be activated, transmits the activation request of an application to an execution agent 110 and transmits a result to the monitoring agent 109.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
