PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase joint strength between a column member and a force-resisting wall member respectively made of precast concrete by applying the constitution that the joint is buried in cast-in-place concrete and a joint means is laid for jointing the legs of the column member and the force-resisting wall member to each other. ;SOLUTION: A column member 12 and a force-resisting wall member 14 are respectively formed out of precast concrete reinforced with reinforcing bars. A lower end reinforcing bar 26 and an upper end reinforcing bar 28 in the upper part of the force- resisting wall member 14, a part of stirrups 30, a part of reinforcing bars 24 projected from the column member 12 and the projected end of a reinforcing bar 29 are later buried in concretee. A plurality of notches are formed on the column member 12 and the force-resisting wall member 14. Furthermore, the notches are open toward the column member 12 and the force-resisting wall member 14, and concrete placed for filling the notches forms a cotter as joint means. Also, the column member 12 and the force-resisting wall member are jointed to each other at the legs via a joint means 40.
