PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a unit building with an earth floor and a building unit for an earth floor by which the connecting strength of a building unit for the earth floor to be arranged on the earth floor with the foundation thereof can be sufficiently secured, and also the work at a building site is not complicated. ;SOLUTION: In the case where a building unit 30 for an earth floor equipped with pillars 32, upper beams 33, and lower beams 34 is arranged on a foundation 71 having an earth floor, lower beam constituent parts 35 that constitutes at least a part of the lower beams of the building unit 30 for the earth floor are separated and previously embedded in the foundation 71, and after the other parts of the building unit 30 for the earth floor have been completed, the lower beam constituent parts 35 are connected to the pillars 32. The lower end parts of the building unit 30 for the earth floor are connected to the lower beam constitutent part 35, so that the rigidity similar to that of an ordinary building unit can be secured, and the partial reinforcement of the foundation 11 can be dispensed with.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
