PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film which is superior in shielding properties of electromagnetic waves, generated from the front of a display and also has infrared ray screen property, transparency, invisibility, and favorable adhesive property, and displays or the like using it. SOLUTION: In the constituent material which is provided with a geometrical figure made of conductive material on the surface of plastic base material, the width of the line constituting the geometrical figure is 40m or under, and the interval between the lines is 200m or over, and the thickness of the line is 40m or under, and a part or the whole of the base material including the geometrical figure is covered with an adhesive, and the difference of refractive indices between the adhesive covering the geometric figure and the plastic base material is made to be 0.14 or smaller. Or in case that the plastic base material is stacked on the conductive material through an adhesive layer, the difference of refractive indices between the adhesive layer and the adhesive layer covering the geometrical figure is made 0.14 or smaller, and material having absorption in the infrared region is applied within the adhesive or on the adhesive face or on the rear of a film, whereby an adhesive film which has electromagnetic shield property and infrared ray screen property is obtained and is used for a display or an electromagnetic wave shielding structure.
