Or in case that the plastic base material is stacked on the conductive material through an adhesive layer, the difference of refractive indices between the adhesive layer and the adhesive layer covering the geometrical figure is made 0.14 or smaller, and material having absorption in the infrared region is applied within the adhesive or on the adhesive face or on the rear of a film, whereby an adhesive film which has electromagnetic shield property and infrared ray screen property is obtained and is used for a display or an electromagnetic wave shielding structure.
