PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an operater of that the end of a liquid chemical is close when the liquid chemical inside an intravenous drip container is close to the end. ;SOLUTION: A spring, a storage device 23 and a sensor 10 are turned to a main body and the spring is used for the method of operating the sensor 10. In the storage device 23, a total weight value for which the three points of the weight of the liquid chemical 30, the weight of the intravenous drip container 28 and the weight of a tube 33 are added gathered with a notifying weight value required at the time of notification is turned to a set of units and many possible execution units used in intravenous drip treatment are stored.
