PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical peeling technique applicable widely for treatment of metal-rubber composite wastes such as rubber crawlers, fenders, marine hoses, etc., and separating rubber and metals. SOLUTION: This apparatus 4 is carried on a vehicle for transportation and by using the apparatus 4, metal-rubber composite wastes are cut into pieces to be treated, cutting parts are formed in coating parts of rubber materials on metal surfaces of respective cut waste units, the metal parts of the waste units in which the cutting parts are formed are heated by induction, and the metal parts of the heated waste units are separated from the rubber parts along the cutting parts. Consequently, metal parts are separated and recovered from the metal-rubber composite wastes.
