METHOD FOR OUTPUTTING SLIP RETRIEVAL RESULT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp a whole retrieval result by generating a retrieval result list slip consisting of the retrieval result of an image being the same as that of a retrieved slip to output it. ;SOLUTION: A computer system is constituted of printing data 1, a printing data converting part 2, printing data after conversion 3, format data 4, a format data converting part 5, format data after conversion 6, a slip display part 7, a printing data retrieving part 8, a display device 9, an input device 10 and an inspection result list slip file 11. Whole rows where retrieval is hit are extracted as against the designating operation of an area to which the retrieval result is outputted in the format of the slip so as to be superimposed with the format of the slip of a retrieval source and the retrieval result list slip consisting of the retrieval result of the image being the same as that of the retrieved slip is generated and outputted. When a header character in the column of the slip is described by printing data, printing data except the output area of the retrieval result of the source slip is outputted to the retrieval result list slip and the retrieval result list slip including a header is generated so as to be outputted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
