PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the destination of a person in charge of securities business together with its purpose so as to be easily discriminated at the time of leaving a desk. ;SOLUTION: At the time of leaving desk, information on outgoing including name, destination, scheduled return time, the existence of payment, etc., is inputted from a terminal and stored in a shared file (steps 101 to 103). In the case of displaying the stored information on a table monitor, the information is displayed by using color classification or blinking display so that the existence of payment can be especially distinguished (steps 104 to 109).
