FLOWER VASE TO LENGTHEN LIFE OF CUT FLOWERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decay of water by keeping the water in a cylinder at a low temperature, and lengthen a life of cut flowers by cooling it by bringing a bottom part of the cylinder of a flower vase into surface contact with a cooling surface of a Peltier element. ;SOLUTION: In a Peltier element 2, a cooling surface 3 is put aboved, and a heating surface 4 is press-fitted to the almost center of a flower vase stand 1 by a pressures sensitive adhesive sheet 5. A metallic plate 7 having high heat conductivity such as copper is stuck to a bottom part of a cylinder 6 of a flower vase, and it is surrounded by a heat reserving cylinder 8 to cut off a temperature in the cylinder 6 from an outside air temperature. A construction material of the cylinder 6 and the heat reserving cylinder 8 is composed of a heat insulating material such as hard urethane foam, rock wool and foam polystyrene. The cylinder 6 and the heat reserving cylinder 8 are set in a round type and a square type according to a shape of the Peltier element 2. In this way, heat of the heating surface 4 of the Peltier element 2 is radiated from the flower vase stand 1, and a low temperature of the cooling surface 3 is cut off from an outside air by the heat reserving cylinder 8, and the bottom part of the cylinder 6 is efficiently brought into surface contact with the cooling surface 3, and the inside of the cylinder is turned into a low temperature.
