DETECTING AND ALARMING DEVICE FOR UTERUS RUPTURE SOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acoustically detect and monitor the uterus rupture sound form on an abdominal wall of a pregnant woman and to generate an alarm on generation of a rupture. ;SOLUTION: This detecting and alarming device for uterus rupture sound has an acoustic vibration sensor (1) set in contact with an abdominal wall of a pregnant woman and an electronic circuit means (3) comprising a filter and a threshold detector to extract sound signals of a sound of uterus rupture corresponding to distribute almost within a range from 500 to 2000Hz among sound signals obtained by the sensor, and is constituted so as to generate an alarm signal from an alarm generating means (4) when a sound signal is detected by the sound extracting electronic circuit means. Thus, an alarm can be immediately generated on a time point the uterus rupture occurred causing to improve the probability of safe treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
