PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a call by a driver in a traveling vehicle for holding security by directly or indirectly controlling an operating state according to a detected traveling state. ;SOLUTION: Modulation processing, etc., is performed to a velocity signal outputted corresponding to velocity of an automobile 10 from a velocity detector 100 of a transmitter 200 for an intra-vehicle telephone system and the velocity signal is transmitted from a transmission antenna. Radio wave transmitted from the transmitter 200 for the intra-vehicle telephone system is received by a receiving antenna of the intra-vehicle telephone system 300. The velocity signal is extracted from a high frequency signal outputted from the receiving antenna and outputted to a control part by an on-vehicle detecting part. A processing to be performed at a radio part and a signal processing part is controlled based on a processing instruction, etc., outputted from an operation part, required information is displayed on a display part and the processing to restrict the call with the intra-vehicle telephone system in the traveling automobile 10 is simultaneously performed based on the velocity signal outputted from the on-vehicle detecting part by the control part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
