PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reading of newspaper without disturbing other people in a small waiting room or the like by a method wherein a U-shaped groove clip binding the rear of newspapers is detachably forced into a long groove provided on one side of a prism-shaped reading stand while the center of the reading stand is rotatably pivoted on a stand. ;SOLUTION: The rear of newspapers is bound by a U-shaped groove clip 2. The clip 2 is generally used to grasp and bind multiple sheets of paper and made of an elastic resin with a U-shaped cross section. A prism-shaped reading stand 3 with the length thereof almost the same as that of the newspaper, a long groove 4 with the width thereof about the same as that of clip 2 is formed on one side of a corner and the center part thereof 3 is rotatably pivoted on a stand 5. In application, the clip 2 with the newspapers bound thereby is detachably forced into the long groove 4 of the reading stand 3 and the newspaper is spread over the reading stand 3 to be wound on a shell body. The opened and closed ends of the newspapers wound are pressed by keep clips 6 comprising a transparent elastic resin to be fixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
