SOLUTION: This self-service automatic newspaper vending machine 2 includes an electronic control means 34 provided with an online connection part 36 in a news supply mechanism 38 by which newspapers on which the latest news is reported every minute can be purchased. A purchaser is interested in the content of news displayed on a display 6. Then, the purchaser has a chance to purchase the whole newspaper or a part of it. Communication between the purchaser and the automatic newspaper vending machine 2 is executed through the display 6 and a keyboard 8. Newspaper can be purchased by inserting a bank transaction card or a credit card into a card reader 52 or by inserting coins into a coin slot 50. Then, the automatic newspaper vending machine 2 prints the required every-minute latest news.
