PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve living environment by installing a house unit with land attached to a section upper than the ground in a structure body consisting of frames. ;SOLUTION: A multistoried building 1 is constituted by mounting house units 2 with land attached and room units 9 into a large number of spaces formed of steel frames 3 composed of steel columns 6 and floor slabs 7 and arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions. This side of an intermediate- section space is used as the lifting-lowering space 11 of an automobile elevator 10, and the rear side of the intermediate-section space is employed as intermediate-section floor slabs. The units 2 are formed of houses, in which a plurality of various house packages are combined with base plates, and lands 16 adjacent to the houses, and flower beds, etc., are set up to the lands 16 while parking spaces 28 are formed in spaces adjacent to the houses on the reverse sides of the lands 16. The room units 9 are used as offices, etc. An elevator exclusive for men and an emergency staircase are installed at the centers, etc., of the rear sections of the frames 3.
