PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an effect on lifting speed and generation of the cavitation in a cylinder by detecting first and second control signals by a modulator-module and deforming an electronic control section in response to the second signal. ;SOLUTION: When a control lever 18 is operated for elevating an implement, a signal 22 is transmitted to a lifting circuit 26 for an electronic section 14. When a control lever 20 is operated for unloading the implement, a signal 24 is sent to a dumping circuit 28 for the electronic section 14. Both signals 22 and 24 are transmitted to a modulation-map 102 in a modulator-module 29. When the modulation-map 102 receives both a lifting-command and a dumping-comand, a signal 108 moves a switch 104 to a first place. When the switch 104 is positioned at the first place, a deformation signal 46a is connected to the electronic section 14. The deformation signal 46a controls the dumping circuit 28 so as to maintain dumping characteristics existing when only dumping is commanded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
