PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately provide information on a campaign which a customer likely requests in an inquiry from a customer by displaying an item on business corresponding to a condition of a customer on a display unit. SOLUTION: A control unit (CPU) 101 executes communication with a data base server through a LAN unit 106, reads a self potential file and develops a table A corresponding to the respective campaigns on a memory unit 102. CPU 101 extracts a segment to which the customer becoming a condition (age, annual income and the like) specified by customer information belongs from the table A. When the potential value (the rate of the customers contracting the campaigns) of the segment becomes more than a prescribed value, CPU 101 displays content information of the campaign and a script against the campaign on the display unit 103.
