PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy material excellent in anodic oxidation treatment property, having high strength and wear resistance, and particularly suitable for use as a material for compressor parts for air-conditioning equipment, such as piston and scroll. ;SOLUTION: This aluminum alloy material has a composition which consists of 6-12% Si, 0.1-1.0% Fe, 1.0-5.0% Cu, 0.1-1.0% Mn, 0.4-2.0% Mg, 0.01-0.3% Ti, 0.005-0.2% Sr, and the balance Al with impurities and in which the content of Ni as an impurity is limited to 0.05%. In this case, the average grain size of eutectic Si grains dispersed in an alloy matrix is regulated to 1.5-5.0μm, and the eutectic Si grains of the average grain size are present by 3,000 to 20,000 pieces/mm2, preferably 5,000 to 10,000 pieces/mm2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
