PURPOSE: To obtain high strength stainless steel welding material excellent in high temp. oxidation resistance. ;CONSTITUTION: The material has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.05-0.15% C, 0.1-0.6% Si, 0.5-2% Mn, 20-30% Cr, 5-15% Ni, 0.1-0.3% N, 0.001-0.007% B, 0.01-0.1% La+Ce, 0.01-0.2% Al, further, one or ≥2 kinds among ≤2% Mo, ≤2% W, ≤2% Ta, ≤0.012% P and ≤0.005% S in impurities, also, satisfies the Nibal value of -1 to 3% in the following equation and is excellent in high temp. oxidation resistance. Nibal=Ni+0.5Mn+30(C+N)-1.1(Cr+Mo+1.5 Si)+8.2. Also, in addition to excellent aging brittleness resistance and welding high temp. crack resistance, the material has excellent high temp. oxidation resistance and creep strength.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
