PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve light weight and compactness while maintaining high airtight performance, and easily perform maintenance and airtightness inspection. ;SOLUTION: In a cylindrical body 11 having a fixed flange 9 to be fixed on an airtight wall surface 6 in which a through-hole 8 is formed in a horizontal direction for wires or pipings to be inserted at one end, and a closing plate installation flange 10 at the other end, an air hole is formed at a position set above when it is fixed on the airtight wall surface 6, insertion holes for the wires or pipings are formed in vertically two-parted closing plates 12 to be fixed on the closing plate installation flange 10, and a sealant injection port is formed in an upper part closing plate 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
