PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating material for a house whose length in the short side direction is easily adjusted by compression and entire body is bent and to provide an execution method for a high insulating airtight wall, an insulating airtight floor, an insulating airtight roof, and an insulating airtight ceiling. ;SOLUTION: A heat insulating material 1 for a house is composed of hard resin foam and a plurality of narrow grooves 6 of the notch depth 1/2-3/4 of the board thickness and the width 1.0-1.5 mm are provided in parallel to the long side of a rectangular board insulating main body 2 and perpendicular to the board face in the both faces of the board except for the both end parts in the short side direction. Besides, a plurality of projection parts 4 of the thickness 5-10 mm are provided in one face of the rectangular board in the long side direction and a slit 5 of the notch depth 1/2-3/4 of the board thickness and the width 1.0-1.5 mm is preferably provided in each of both ends parts in the short side direction. The length in the short side direction of the heat insulating material 1 for the house is pressedly adjusted between a column and a member such as a stud, 2-3 of them are lined and fitted in the long side direction and the interval between the member and the heat insulating material 1 and between the heat insulating materials 1 are airtightly sealed by a sealing material. The heat insulating material 1 may be bent projectingly in the fitted side as necessary and the bent part is corrected to be horizontal by a plate such as a floor slab.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
