COLD PRESSURE COMPACTING METHOD AND COMPACTING JIG USED FOR COLD PRESSURE COMPACTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compact cylindrical ceramics with a simple method. ;SOLUTION: A core mold 21 is arranged on the central part of a compacting jig 19, an annular upper punch 22 is attached to the supper end part thereof and a lower punch 23 formed integrally with the upper mold 21 is provided in the lower end part of the core mold 21. A pressurizing rubber mold 24 having the outside diameter equal to those of the upper and lower cylindrical punches 22, 23 is provided concentrically with the axial center of the core mold 21 between the upper punch 22 and the lower punch 23. An annular space closed by the upper and lower punches 22, 23 is provided between the core mold 21 and the pressurizing rubber mold 24 to fill the powder of ceramics 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
