WORKER'S DISCRETION UTILIZATION SCHEDULE PLANNING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a production schedule plan which can observe the time limit of delivery while adequately securing the discretions of site-workers, uniformize the work load and improve the productive efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of orders are classified in those having a margin for the time limit of delivery and those not having such margin in accordance with a barometer as a degree of margin for the time limit of delivery which is computed by respective computation (102, 106 and 108), and, for orders which have not a margin for the time limit of delivery, the jobs are strictly allocated on the time base (110) while for orders which has such margin, the jobs are relatively roughly allocated in a discretion period which is determined under a predetermined condition (116), the order of operations being allowed to be determined by the discretions of site-workers.
