PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and device for preventing the solidification of a cement cake at the time of using the cement cake discharged from a ready- mixed concrete waste water treating system as a neutralizer of the gaseous chlorine in a refuse incineration plant. ;SOLUTION: The sludge in a ready-mixed concrete waste water is dehydrated by a dehydrator, and the dehydrated cement cake is used as a neutralizer of gaseous chlorine in a refuse incineration plant. In this case, the cement cake is kept slurry by this device. The device consists of an agitated tank 11 storing the cement cake, an impeller 13 for agitating the stored cement cake and a vibrator 12 attached to the agitated tank 11. The cement cake is agitated by the impeller 13 and kept slurry, and the water in the cake is oozed out by vibrating the tank with the vibrator 12 when the cake is charged into the agitated tank 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
