PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a maximum ascending length of penetration of rainwater from the exposure part of an abutment part to an overlap part by a method wherein a protrusion wave part is divided in the direction of width by a given length into end parts on both the right and left sides to form protrusion half wave parts on the right and left sides. ;SOLUTION: With the thickness of a corrugated roof tile held at a specified value, a protrusion wave part has a crest part, the upper and under surfaces of which are protruded upward, is formed throughout a portion ranging from an end piece part on the ridge side to an end piece part on the eaves side, and the three protrusion wave parts are laterally juxtaposed. In this case, a first protrusion half wave part 1b on the left side of two protrusion half wave parts into which the protrusion wave part is divided in the direction of width is formed at an end piece part on the right side, and a second protrusion half wave part 1c on the right side of the two protrusion half wave parts into which the protrusion wave part is divided is formed at an end piece part on the left side. A load exerted on a top part 1a of the protrusion wave part is dispersed into protrusion wave parts on the upper and lower sides, and finally, a load is exerted on a batten at a bottom 2. Further, regulation of a position when roof-tiles are brought into abutment against each other by right and left gap parts 11 of the top part 1a is facilitated.
