PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender mounting structure for a vehicle running on the rough ground which does not accumulate mud inside a fender and does not make depressions and projections around fender mounting holes. ;SOLUTION: A stay S or a flange for mounting a fender F is fixed to a frame, and a guide member (pipe P, bolt 2) having a length passing through the fender F is vertically mounted to the stay S, and a mounting hole 4 whose diameter is larger than that of the guide member is made in the fender F, and the fender F is arranged such that the guide member passes through the mounting hole 4 of the fender F, and a pair of upper and lower constraining means (bottom and collar 8 of a carrier 6) are mounted at the positions separated from each other in the direction of the length of the guide member such that the fender F can move between the pair of constraining means along the guide member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
