PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a new installation line to be laid additionally from being entangled with an existing line. ;SOLUTION: A line passage device 30 is so arranged that an existing line 12 may be passed and arranged in a cylindrical line retainer 32. The line retainer 32 has a plumb 36 at the bottom, and it is so arranged that the new installation line 14 may be positioned above the existing line 12 at all times, being connected to the new line connection 38 provided at the rear of the top. Moreover, for the line retainer 32, a wheel 40 for traveling is attached to the side of the lower part, and also a tractor 34 which hauls the line retainer 32, receiving the air current generated inside a duct 10, is attached to the tip.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
