PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control a service voltage for an apparatus furnished on a satellite to a given value, while suppressing the heat generation of a shunt in relation to a current surplus power. SOLUTION: In a shunt automatic control circuit 5 to be disclosed, a generated power detecting circuit 6 detects power generated by a solar battery panel 1. A surplus power detecting circuit 7 detects surplus power when the detected generated power is larger than the power consumed by a satellite load circuit 2. A surplus power computing circuit 7 computes the operating steps and points of a shunt circuit 3 which shunts and consumes the detected surplus power in such a way that the consumed power by the satellite load circuit 2 reaches a given value.
