SHORE BANK PROTECTIVE BLOCK FOR FISH NEST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shore bank protective block serving as a fish nest having simple structure. SOLUTION: This shore bank protective block for a fish nest is provided with an upper recess (6) and a lower recess (7) for the fish nest symmetrically on the upper and lower sides of the center part of the block, and edge recesses (8, 10) for the fish nest that have a notch formed in a part of the edge in the same form as a vertical half of the upper recess (6) and the lower recess (7) for the fish nest so as to form a water passage which makes the upper recess (6) and the lower recess (7) for the fish nest communicate with respective edge recess (8, 10) for the fish nest. When shore bank protective blocks (1a, 1b) are horizontally aligned and further shore bank protective blocks (1a, 1b) are stacked to form the shore bank, a space for the fish nest is formed by the upper recess (6), lower recess (7) and edge recesses (8, 10) for the fish nest, and also a space serving as a passage for water and fish is formed by the notches formed in the edge recesses (8, 10) for the fish nest.
