PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program compiler which is operated under plural and separated instruction sets. ;SOLUTION: A function 202 being independently calling possible is generated (202). A target instruction set adopted in the function is decided as against the respective functions (203). A name corresponding to the target instruction set is given to the function (206). A veneer function is given at every function and at every aother instruction set (208).
