PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an exchange bias magnetic field to a magnetic layer laminated on an antiferromagnetic layer of an Mn-Ir alloy from the antiferromagnetic layer side. ;SOLUTION: At least a crystal orienting property controlling layer 12, a crystal structure controlling layer 13, an antiferromagnetic layer 14 of an Mn-Ir alloy and a magnetic layer 15 are successively laminated on a substrate 11 to obtain the objective laminated body. The layer 12 is made of a group IVa or Va element of the Periodic Table or an allay based on the element and has 4-7nm thickness.
