PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric power generating-heat collecting hybrid panel well receivable on a roof of a house, thereby lightening the worker's burden of mounting execution and improving a heat collecting efficiency and a power generating efficiency. SOLUTION: A photo-electric power generating-heat collecting hybrid panel 1A is integrally constituted from a solar battery module 2 and a heat collecting panel 3A, and the solar battery module 2 comprises a solar battery panel 2a wherein a plurality of silicon solar battery cells 21 are disposed in a sealed state on a transparent glass base board 22, and a frame body 23a for supporting the solar battery panel 2a at its peripheral ends. Further, the heat collecting panel 3A has a plate-like heat collector 32A mounted on a rear face of the solar battery module 2, and refrigerant paths 33A through which a refrigerant flows are provided in the interior of the heat collector 32A. The heat collecting panel 3A is also housed in a fitted state in the frame body 23a for the solar battery module 2, and the rear face of the heat collecting panel 3A (heat collector 32A) and the lower face of the frame body 23A are set in a substantially flush state.
