PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-nonuniformity inspecting method of a to-be- inspected object, an automatic color-nonuniformity inspecting device and a weighting coefficient-setting method capable of adapting to chrominance signal- detecting characteristics of various kinds of usage system. ;SOLUTION: Weighting coefficients H and G at every hue, which simulate the color signal detecting characteristics in a usage system, are used so as to correct a circular standard hue saturation curve 1 by the weighting coefficients H and G on a color signal plane 5, the generated curve is adopted as an apparent hue saturation curve 2 in the usage system, and pass/fail of color nonuniformity in the to-be-inspected object is judged by comparing specified hue lights 3-3A supplied by the to-be-inspected object with the apparent hue saturation curve 2 in the usage system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
