DEVICE FOR FORMING SPIRAL BINDING WIRE AND INVOLVING THE SAME IN LOOSE-LEAF BUNDLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate putting through and involving a spiral binding wire into a loose-leaf bundle without a trouble by providing a spiral binding wire guiding part with a wire consistently elongating from a wire inserting opening into the loose-leaf bundle. SOLUTION: A device for involving a spiral binding wire to holes provided at the rear part of the loose-leaf bundle comprises an involving mandrel 1 axially supported in a housing 2, to be rotated by a belt driving mechanism 3. Three holding members 6 are provided with the equal distance around the mandrel 1 as the center. Each holding member 6 is supported by the end face of the housing 2 movably in the radius direction with respect to the involving mandrel 1. At the end face of the mandrel 1, a guiding screw 12 is provided in the pitch interval between two finishing involving members of the spiral binding wire S so that the spiral binding wire can be guided until the spiral binding wire can be put through the loose-leaf bundle 13.
