PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a reliable function with slight manufacture trouble by supporting a lever which is swiveled against the operation of a tension spring during the operation of an operation element. ;SOLUTION: The lever 52 is supported rotatably on a shaft 53 which supports a couple of gears 40 and 41 and is molded integrally at the bottom part of a drawer tray, and operated by the tension spring 54. When the lever 52 having a swivel angle limited by stoppers 55 and 56 molded at the bottom part of the drawer tray is swiveled, gears 37 and 38 are engaged with and disengaged from each other. Namely, the power transmission path among a motor 31, a centering entrainment mandrel 22, and a mount part 23 is cut off when the lever 52 is swiveled by operating a notched disk 25 as shown by an arrow X.
