PURPOSE: To facilitate assembly without using a coil spring or the like by a method wherein a valve stem resting on a stem rubber provided on a valve housing is supported by an upstanding elastic supporting part which is formed integrally with the valve housing. ;CONSTITUTION: A valve stem 2 resting on a stem rubber 3 disposed on a valve housing 4 is supported by an upstanding elastic valve stem supporting part 9 which is formed integrally with the housing 4. And a part of a mountain cap 1 and a part of the housing 4 are formed integrally with each other. Further the valve stem 2 is downwardly inserted from the upper opening of the cap 1 and the peripheral edge of the stem rubber 3 is brought into contact with the inside peripheral edge of the upper opening so that a press cap 6 is fitted on the stem rubber 3 from above, whereby a gap 8 for a passage for loading pressurized fluid is formed.
