PURPOSE:To simplify a parking system in structure as well as to reduce operating cost by installing an upper parking floor in the upper part of a mid space in height of a vehicle access road and a lower parking floor in the lower part respectively, and enabling each to go up and down with one chain. CONSTITUTION:An upper stage parking floor 2 is installed in the upper part of a mid space in height of a vehicle access and a lower stage parking floor in the lower part, respectively, and each is made to go up down by a lift driving means. At this time, this lift driving means installs one chain over the lower stage parking floor 3 from the upper stage parking floor 2, and it is driven by a driving chain wheel 10. Then, (1) a turning direction of the chain 11 is selected and (2) whether down motion of the upper stage parking floor 1 is restricted or released is selected, whereby either of these parking floors 2, 3 is upped or downed. With this constitution, both these parking floors 2, 3 can be lifted by one chain turning type mechanism.
