PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a strong foundation by forming the foundation structure of a building with a foundation formed where a waste concrete electric light pole is used as a pile and a foundation slab formed on the upper area of the foundation. ;SOLUTION: A guide member 2 is mounted on the head of a waste concrete electric light pole 1. A guide hole is bored in a specified location of a construction area where the waste concrete electric light pole 1 is driven in such a fashion that the head of the pole 1 may be directed downward. At the point of time when the foundation of the waste concrete electric light pole 1 is slightly projected from the ground surface, the base part of the waste concrete electric light pole 1 is partially destroyed and the reinforcing bars 15 inside the pile is extended radially in the horizontal direction. When the drive-in work of the waste concrete electric pole 1 is ended, rubble 4 is spread over the ground surface. The reinforcing bars 5 are placed on the rubble 4, thereby welding and anchoring the reinforcing bars 5 with the reinforcing bars 15 of the waste concrete electric light pole 1.
