PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a rotary brush by lifting the rotary brush when the rotary brush of a large cleaning vehicle is not used or during the stopping of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A caster attaching leg 6 is attached to a car body frame 4, and a supporting plate 7 is fixed to a shaft 5 inserted into the attaching leg 6. The bent part of a foot lever 9 formed in a belt crank shape is pivotally attached to a bracket 8 erected on the supporting plate 7, and a tensile spring is elasctically supported over a connecting point between a connecting stick 11 for connecting one end of the foot lever 9 and the attaching leg 6 and a pivotally attaching point between the foot lever 9 and the bracket 8. By kicking up or down the foot lever 9, the supporting plate 7, the shaft 5 and front wheel casters 2 are moved up and down and rotary brush 3 integral with the attaching leg 6 is associatively moved up and down on the car body frame 4. Thus, durability is improved without deforming the rotary brush and preventing wear so as to prevent damaging a dust collecting function.
