PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit an external force to a foundation by applying the constitution that turnbuckle-fitted steel reinforcing braces are diagonally bolted to the rising parts of hardware at the upper and lower positions of a stud, the hardware is formed to have a welded steel plate at both ends, and the side of the hardware is bolted to a column. ;SOLUTION: Upper L-shaped hardware 5 as well as lower L-shaped hardware is formed to have a jointing bolt hole of the same type at one position on both ends, and one of the hardware is jointed to a beam 2 with a washer based bolt 10. The other hardware has a gusset plate for steel reinforcing braces 4 jointed with a bolt 10, and a fixing nail hole is formed at the erecting position of a stud 1. Then, steel reinforcing braces 4 are extended between the bolt holes of the respective rising parts of the upper and lower L-shaped hardware. Thus, an external force such as an earthquake transmitted to the beam 2 is further transmitted to an anchor bolt and a foundation. Also, in the case of a three-storied building or the like where an excessive pulling force acts on the stud 1, a vertically long plate 7 having a bolt hole is welded to both ends of the L-shaped hardware and the plate 7 and the stud 1 are bolted to each other.
