PURPOSE:To conform the ends of roll labels to connect smoothly and favorably by providing a non-affixing part of label on the end of a first roll label, and providing an automatic cutting mechanism operating cutters through detecting the part to cut the roll label end. CONSTITUTION:On the position of preceding step to a vacuum plate 8, namely, on this side of the connecting part of roll labels (a), (b), an automatic cutting mechanism 21 to detect and cut a non-affixing part of label on a first roll label A is provided.
