PURPOSE: To provide a data statistic information time series management system which can instantaneously acquire the result to the optional conditions as well as the routine conditions. ;CONSTITUTION: An attribute information storage 16 stores the attribute information to show whether or nor the data on each item can be expressed in a binary form. An item-based information production means 11 secures the identification information on the data on each present time point to the item having the attribute information that cannot be expressed in a binary form for each data value of this item and in each fixed period. The means 11 also produces the item-based information that expresses the data on each present time point in a binary form for the item having the attribute information that can be expressed in a binary form and then stores the produced information.
